Fast Facts Live – Game Rules & Terms

Fast Facts Live ("the Game") is an online trivia experience produced by Creativeland, LLC ("Creativeland", "we", "our", or "us"), a company based in Wisconsin, United States.
By participating in the Game, you agree to these Rules & Terms.
1. General
No purchase is necessary to participate or win
The Game is a contest of skill based on answering trivia questions
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules
Creativeland reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Game at any time.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to users worldwide unless restricted by law
Creativeland reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion
Creativeland may refuse or revoke participation at any time for any reason
3. Gameplay
Fast Facts Live consists of trivia-based gameplay. Format may vary, but typically includes:
Multiple rounds of open-ended trivia questions
Optional scoring modifiers (such as "double-or-nothing")
A final wager-based question ("Hail Mary")
Standard Mechanics (may vary per game)
Players may choose to apply a double-or-nothing modifier to one round
A perfect round with the modifier results in doubled points
Any incorrect answer in that round results in zero points for the round
Final Question ("Hail Mary")
Players wager a number of points
Correct answers add the wagered points
Incorrect answers subtract the wagered points
Tiebreakers
Ties may be resolved using an additional question
The closest correct answer wins
Creativeland reserves the right to modify gameplay, scoring systems, and rules at any time.
4. Scoring & Judging
All answers are evaluated at the sole discretion of Creativeland
Partial matches, spelling variations, and interpretation of answers are determined by us
Scores may change during or after gameplay
Displayed or announced scores during the Game are unofficial and subject to change.
Final scores are determined solely by Creativeland.
5. Cheating & Fair Play
Participants may not:
Use external assistance (including search engines, AI tools, or third-party help)
Use automated systems or scripts
Collaborate outside intended team structures
Attempt to exploit or manipulate the Game
Creativeland reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, at its sole discretion.
6. Prizes
Prizes may be offered at Creativeland’s discretion
Prize details will be communicated during or before the Game
Prize Conditions
Winners will be contacted using the email provided
If contact information is invalid or incorrect, the prize is forfeited
If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited
Creativeland reserves the right to:
Withhold or revoke prizes
Substitute prizes
Determine prize eligibility
Prizes may not be available to participants outside the United States and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disqualification
Creativeland may disqualify any participant at any time, including but not limited to:
Suspected cheating
Violation of these Rules
Disruptive or abusive behavior
All disqualification decisions are final.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creativeland is not responsible for:
Technical issues, delays, or interruptions
Lost, late, or incomplete submissions
Errors in scoring or gameplay display
Participation is at your own risk.
9. Final Authority
All decisions made by Creativeland regarding:
Scoring
Answers
Winners
Rule interpretation
are final and binding.
10. Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
